When I received my Aunt's picture I was very pleased, and the picture that was sent to me for review was better than the actual picture I sent in. I almost NEVER leave comments online. Reasonable price- very happy overall :)I selected the smallest photo due to a very small private tombstone, Bob suggested making it slightly larger 1/2 in by another 1/2 in and he would do it for the same price. The service was sent 2 days sooner than the ad said I would get it. The shipping envelope was heavy duty, 3 piece of cardboard surrounded the photo, another carboard in the envelope. The picture is very clear and detailed. This photo replaced another that did not hold up to the weather. After dealing with Bob, I have no doubt this will truly last forever. Thanks, I have done a number of these with other relatives and none were done as quickly and as well as Bob.
