With a smooth matte surface finish that will ensure images look great in a wide range of lighting conditions, canon's pm-101 photo paper Pro premium matte, available here in a 20-pack of 17X22" sheets, is a great option for fine art printing. Ideal for Mono and colour photographs as well as art reproductions where warm colours and Grey tones are beautifully expressed.
Beautiful, bright, non-reflective matte finish gives you breathtaking prints that look great under varied lighting conditions.
Great for all kinds of prints that are not being displayed under glass and for crafting projects too.
Matte paper finish never attracts fingerprints.

I'd like to say first that my review is purely about the product itself, and not about Amazon or the seller as I'm very pleased with service from them both. It's just the actual product that I found far from advertised. The 3 stars rating is due to the lack of coating.I recently purchased the Canon Imageprograf PRO-1000 17x22 inches photo printer, and was looking for high quality matte paper to making some large projects with it. The printer came with a sample pack of Canon's Photo Paper Pro Luster and it's quality is no questionable. That is why I decided to order the Premium Matte type from Canon, which turned out very disappointing. The paper came in a very protective package that makes you think that you're going to find high quality coated matte paper lying inside. But once you hold the actual paper in your hand and slide your finger on its printing side to value its quality, you're going to think that there's probably a mistake and that you picked up some sort of protecting paper from the package instead of the actual product. But then you'll find that everything inside is the same. The paper doesn't have any coating on-top of the printing side (unlike the Pro Luster), it has a rough texture, and it looks and feels very similar to cardboard block of paper that kids take to drawing class for school. I printed a high resolution image on both the Pro Luster and the Premium Matte and the Premium Matte just falls behind due to the lack of coating. It's not that the print doesn't look good because it does look okay: all printed elements and texts are sharp, and the black does look black and not greyish like with cheap paper. The only downfall I found is that the paper's surface is rough and textured due to the lack of coating. It may be suitable for printing sketches in my opinion, but I don't find it suitable for photos. It may look more "photoish" if you laminate it or put it behind a glass frame, but then you loose the matte look. For this type of quality I think that it's way overpriced and that we just pay for the brand (Canon). It's way far from the look and feel of matte paper that you're familiar with from photo labs which has some sort of coating.Bottom line - it's good, but not excellent. You can find better alternatives for much less.I bought 2 packs of this paper. And a few others. Every sheet has corner damage. Most likely happened during shipping. Won't buy again
